If your gear doesn't fit right or you're not happy with your order, you can return any new, unused, unaltered items up to 30 days from your purchase date. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Please don't take your purchases "out for a ride" unless you plan on keeping it. Any such items will be considered used and cannot be returned.
- A great way to try riding boots or shoes is to wear them indoors and walk around on carpeted areas.
- Motorcycle helmets should also be tried on indoors. Keep it on for about 10 minutes to make sure there aren’t any uncomfortable pressure points.
All merchandise and parts must be returned in its original condition as it was received. Merchandise or parts that show signs of use or wear (road grime, bugs, smells, scuffs, mounting marks, etc.) cannot be returned.
But, it was damaged when I received it!
So you opened the box, and something doesn't look right. Let us know immediately if any of the items you ordered arrived damaged. Please keep all original shipping packaging and take pictures if you can.
Claims for damaged items are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, OnTrac or USPS). We will help our customers with claims, but please be patient as this process can take a bit of time.
Defects
Manufacturers often have their own warranty policy. We will try to help customers with their warranty, but we don’t offer direct warranty on any items we sell. In many cases, if the item arrives defective, please let us know right away. We will ask that you return the defective item and a new item will be shipped to you.
Whoops! Exchange please!
Need a size larger or smaller, or do you prefer another color? The easiest way to exchange an item is to process it for a return, then go online and place a new order.
If your exchange order qualifies for free standard shipping, please remember to choose "free shipping" at checkout.
You are still responsible for return shipping costs when sending your original order back to us.
Return shipping options
Customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States can print out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for $7.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Customers in any location can also use a carrier of their choice to return orders to us. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
All return shipments must be prepaid. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
